Northeast Iowa Rural Care Solutions (NIRCS) is a nonprofit coalition committed to advancing neurodiverse dignity through supported living, community care, and founder-led systems design. Our digital presence—including this website, downloadable materials, and creative content—is an extension of that mission.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through our website (e.g., applications, donations, contact forms) is used solely for coalition-related purposes. We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. Our forms are hosted on secure platforms and comply with applicable privacy laws.

We strive to make our website and services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Our onboarding flows, donation pages, and public-facing descriptions are designed with clarity, mobile responsiveness, and dignity in mind. All original content published by NIRCS is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. This includes:
•     Logos, illustrations, and visual identity elements (e.g., the Golden Finch, Celtic Tree of Life)
•     Website content, onboarding flows, and service descriptions
•     Educational materials, blog posts, and downloadable resources
•     All original characters, stories, and puzzle designs featuring Jack and Ollie, including:
•     “Jack & Ollie’s Moving Service” branding and illustrations
•     “Jack-in-the-Box” cartoon featuring Ollie
•     “Jack & Ollie Maze” and “Spot the Differences” puzzle series
•     Seasonal illustrations, including Jack popping out of a Jack O  Lantern
•     Any future visual, narrative, or interactive content featuring Jack, Ollie, or their friend Spot
These materials are the intellectual property of NIRCS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without written permission from the Executive Director.
5. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We use trusted platforms such as Google Forms, IONOS, and GoDaddy to host and manage parts of our digital infrastructure. While we strive to ensure seamless service, any technical issues or misrepresentations by third-party vendors are addressed promptly and transparently.
6. Donations & Financial Transparency
All donations made through our website are processed securely. We offer tiered giving options designed to reflect our mission and coalition goals. Donation confirmations include emotional resonance and clarity, and we welcome feedback to improve the experience.
