LWe are first and foremost SCL Housing Providers, offering direct support in real homes and apartments. Our trauma-informed staff empower individuals to build daily living skills, navigate community life, and lead with autonomy.

HCBS WAIVER HOST HOMES

Through the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver for Intellectual Disability, we place individuals with trained host home providers. These placements prioritize dignity, safety, and long-term belonging — not institutional oversight.

FOSTER TO INDEPENENCE

We support youth aging out of foster care, especially those who are neurodiverse or at risk of housing instability. Our model includes:
•     Supportive housing
•     Life skills development
•     County coordination and mobile-friendly onboarding
We don’t wait for homelessness to happen — we build belonging from day one.

WOMEN'S RESOURCE HOUSING

We offer supportive housing for women who:
• Have experienced severe trauma and need a safe, healing environment
• Are eligible under the ID Waiver and require additional supports for daily living and workforce readiness
This program threads trauma-informed care with empowerment, helping women rebuild with clarity and community.
